Coors Amphitheatre
Coors amphitheatre Is great in that it is open year round. I t has ample sit down seating as well as lawn seating for those warm summer nights. You can see an array of concerts and performing arts. Coors Amphitheatre boasts of its reputation of being "the first major concert facility designed for music" this is one of the best venues in the county for music. Be sure to visit Chula Vista's scenic harbor. You can even take this route all the way to the San Diego Bay. The harbor has several great restaurants with spectacular views of the water. Chula Vista's Harbor also boasts to marinas and two waterfront parks as well. There are also different types of charted boats one can take to go on a whale watching or fishing excursions on the harbor.

Knott's Soak City USA
At Knott's Soak City, there is plenty of water fun for the entire family. The park is situated on over 32 acres within San Diego County. There are areas like the lazy river where you can float along on inner tubes and relax. There is also the wave pool for those wishing to try out their body boarding or surf moves on simulated waves. In addition there is a family fun house. Moreover, there is also a children's activity pool for the little ones. And finally, be sure to go on couple dozen or so water rides the park features.

Chula Vista houses one of the United States official Olympic training centers. You can take a free guided tour of the facility. You may even spot a future Olympic athlete training.
