Forms, communications, AI, and call technology
When you submit a form, provide a telephone number, or otherwise ask us to contact you, San Diego House Hunting, Jeremy Katz, and service providers acting on our behalf may contact you about your inquiry, real-estate services, appointments, property information, or related service communications by live call, text/SMS, email, and other methods you provide. Marketing calls or texts that use automated technology, an artificial or prerecorded voice, or another technology requiring a heightened level of consent will be sent only where and after the consent required by applicable law has been obtained. Consent to marketing calls or texts is not a condition of purchasing, selling, or obtaining real-estate services. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply.
We may use communication systems and AI-assisted tools to place, receive, route, document, summarize, transcribe, analyze, and help respond to calls, texts, emails, and other communications. These tools may support scheduling, customer service, quality assurance, security, recordkeeping, relationship management, training, and service improvement. They do not independently create a brokerage relationship or substitute for professional advice.
Calls may be monitored or recorded and later reviewed, transcribed, summarized, or analyzed where permitted by law. We will provide required notice and obtain required consent before recording or processing a communication. Recording-consent requirements vary by location and circumstance; if you do not wish to continue after a recording notice, tell the representative before proceeding.
Text-message and call opt-outs
You can opt out of marketing text messages by replying STOP. We also treat reasonable opt-out requests, including messages such as END, QUIT, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, REVOKE, or OPT OUT, as requests to stop marketing texts when received by a supported channel.
